Druridge House, Mindrum Terrace, Percy Main, North Tyneside

The practice was appointed to design and produce technical information for the construction of 17 residential apartments. Using a modern timber sandwich panel construction system, the challenge was to integrate themes of local development, existing context with a contemporary twist.

Highlighting the mix of striking white render and western red cedar with dark aluminium window frames, the scheme provides a catalyst for future projects within the area as well as fitting the surrounding built environment.
