Steel framed 60kftsq speculative office building commissioned by Wynyard LLP on a D & B basis. This building was significant in that it was the first new building to be constructed on the business park and was to be the gateway to the development, providing 53kftsq of nett lettable space wrapped around a highly efficient core.
