This project was won against strong national competition with Amec Construction, and incorporated three 10,000ftsq units in addition to the 90,000ftsq Lifestore, the first in the UK. The role primarily involved the production phase of the building shell but there was also a strong coordination role on the fitout with Callison Architects from Seattle. A very high standard of design and finish was demanded by the client, hence the use of flat white Kingspan panelling, stack bonded brickwork, and a western red cedar colonnade to the front of the building.
Designed by members of the team whilst at Dewjo’c Architects.
