This development took place on a brown field site and old farm courtyard where existing buildings and gin-gang (a structure built to enclose a horse engine) were converted into three individual houses. The remainder of site was divided into two plots each of which contained a detached house. The development was designed with the local context in mind, being sympathetic in scale and materals to the local area.
