Steel framed 8,500 ftsq speculative office building in Newcastle City Centre over five floors, the top floor being set back and constructed in lightweight materials contrasting with the more traditional brick and stonework below to reflect the sensitive location on the edge of the Leazes Village conservation area. The building brings a sympathetic yet contemporary addition to the Georgian terrace.
