This three-phase development is situated adjacent to the existing St Peter’s Campus. The four-storey buildings (reducing to two storeys on the northern face due to the sloping nature of the site) have been designed as a linear development along the natural contours of this imposing site on the banks of the River Wear.
Working with the natural geography and historical context, the building and infrastructure accommodates all the functional expectations demanded from starter tenants, within a business environment.
The units are accessed from a new car-parking area on the north side of the development via a central feature entrance core which includes meeting rooms at ground and first floor levels and a roof terrace above.
The facility, designed to retain academics within the ICT sector, encourages the establishment of businesses to meet future growth demands in this field.
