A new administration and teaching facility adjacent to the existing Skills Academy workshops.
A 50,000 sq.ft. state of the art training facility and one of the most innovative in the region. It will ensure that students and construction industry employers can benefit from the college’s experience in delivering specialist training in sustainable / renewable energy technologies – including solar photovoltaic, solar heating, rainwater harvesting, grey water recycling, heat pumps, biomass and combined heat and power – all designed to enable the wider construction industry to gain new skills to remain competitive.
